To obtain a license, you must satisfy the mandatory 12 hours of ethics prelicensing educational course to qualify for an examination with the California Department of Insurance.

Life and/or Accident and Health or Sickness Agent

•  Life Agents require a 12 hour code & ethics prelicensing course and to successfully pass the Life Examination
•  Accident and Health or Sickness Agents require a 12 hour code & ethics prelicensing course and to successfully pass the Accident and Health or Sickness Examination
•  Life & Accident and Health or Sickness Agents require a 12 hour code & ethics prelicensing course and to successfully pass the Life Agent and Accident and Health or Sickness Examination

Property Agent & Casualty Agent

• Property Agents and/or Casualty Agents require a 12 hour of code & ethics prelicensing course and to successfully pass the Property and/or Casualty Examination

Our Courses

We offer both live instruction and online pre-licensing courses through ExamFX.

Live Instruction

Our courses are taught by experienced instructors who have hands-on experience in the insurance industry. We have formatted our classes into fun, interactive sessions so that students may gain the most knowledge and understanding of the materials. Classes are valid for one year from their registration date, which means students can attend unlimited classes before the day of their exam. Scheduling for these classes vary so please call us for our upcoming live instruction courses.
